If you are an existing patient but haven't been to see us for over 18 months you must book a New Patient Appointment. To make a booking the treatment must be paid for in advance. By making an appointment you are making a commitment to pay for the appointment unless it is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to cancel the appointment with the required notice or do not attend your payment will not be refunded. Our receptionists will assist should you need to make any changes. Nail polish must be removed from toe nails prior to the appointment if nail treatment is required. A patient under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at each visit. If a patient has a disability which would make it difficult for then to attend their appointment alone, it is appreciated if some one could accompany them.
