Welcome to Our Online Booking System
The online booking system allows you to request an appointment with Mr Gerry Gajadharsingh DO, Osteopath and Diagnostic Consultant in Integrated Medicine, at our London or Marlborough practice.
Please read these Terms and Conditions, close the box and tick to confirm your acceptance before continuing.
All online bookings are reviewed by The Health Equation. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive confirmation by email and/or SMS. Bookings made outside normal working hours may not be processed until the next working day.
Choosing Your Appointment
Please select the appointment type that most accurately reflects your needs. Current fees are displayed within the booking system.
LON refers to our London practice.
MAR refers to our Marlborough, Wiltshire practice.
New Patients
New patients with complex, longstanding, multisystem or non-musculoskeletal concerns should select:
• LON Diagnostic Consultation and Report 60 Mins, or
• MAR Diagnostic Consultation and Report 60 Mins
This comprehensive appointment includes an appropriate clinical history and examination, clinical evaluation and a detailed written report.
New patients with a straightforward musculoskeletal problem attending the Marlborough practice may select:
• MAR New Patient MSK Consultation 45 Mins
This appointment includes assessment and treatment but does not include a comprehensive written report. Patients with complex symptoms, several symptomatic areas or wider health concerns should book a Diagnostic Consultation instead.
Follow-up Appointments
Existing patients should select the appropriate appointment for the location and time required:
• LON Extended Follow-up Assessment and Treatment 60 Mins
• LON Standard Follow-up Assessment and Treatment 45 Mins
• LON Focused MSK Assessment and Treatment 30 Mins
• MAR Extended Follow-up Assessment and Treatment 60 Mins
• MAR Standard Follow-up Assessment and Treatment 45 Mins
• MAR Focused MSK Assessment and Treatment 30 Mins
The 30-minute Focused MSK Assessment and Treatment appointment is only for existing patients requiring follow-up assessment and predominantly treatment of a previously assessed musculoskeletal problem.
It is not suitable for new or complex problems, several symptomatic areas, investigation review or an extended clinical discussion. Please contact the practice before booking if you are unsure.

The member and package appointment types should only be selected by patients currently enrolled in the relevant arrangement.
New patients considering a Metabolic Balance programme should first book a Diagnostic Consultation so that their clinical needs and suitability for the programme can be assessed.
Making Your Booking
You will be asked to enter your name, date of birth, email address and mobile telephone number. A confidential patient record will be created for new patients.
Choose the appropriate appointment type and check that the correct clinic location has been selected. Available dates and times will then be displayed. The online diary normally shows appointments within the next 21 days.
Please check the appointment type, location, date and time carefully before confirming your selection.
Once your booking has been reviewed, you will receive confirmation and relevant patient information by email and/or SMS. Please read this information carefully, including the practice address and arrival instructions.
Payment
New patients booking a Diagnostic Consultation will receive an invoice by email. Payment may be made by Faster Payment using the bank details provided or by contacting the practice to make a card payment. The appointment will be confirmed once the required payment has been received.
Unless otherwise agreed, the person named in the booking is responsible for the full fee associated with the appointment selected. Receipts are issued once payment has been received.
Laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging and other investigations or services are charged separately unless expressly included. A separate fee may apply for diagnostic imaging referral and report review.
Confirmation and Reminders
Please add info@thehealthequation.co.uk to your contacts and check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive an expected email. We recommend using a personal rather than a business email address for confidentiality.
An email and/or SMS reminder will normally be sent approximately two days before your appointment. Appointments booked at shorter notice may not receive a reminder. Failure to receive a reminder does not remove your responsibility to attend or cancel the appointment.
Arrival and Late Attendance
Please arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment, or approximately ten minutes beforehand if you are a new patient completing registration documents.
If you arrive late, only the remaining appointment time may be available. The full appointment fee remains payable.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice by telephone if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Please do not rely on email for cancellations.
The full consultation fee may be charged if:
• fewer than 48 hours’ notice is given;
• you do not attend; or
• you arrive too late for the appointment to proceed appropriately.
Private Medical Insurance
The Health Equation does not deal directly with private medical insurance companies.
You are responsible for paying The Health Equation and claiming any reimbursement from your insurer. Before booking, please confirm that your insurer recognises the clinician and that the consultation or treatment is covered.
Confidentiality and Personal Information
The personal information you provide will be used to administer your booking and provide healthcare services. It will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation and The Health Equation Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared where necessary with laboratories, imaging providers, other healthcare professionals and service providers involved in your care or the administration of the service, or where disclosure is required by law.
