Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments booked through our online booking system.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If booking online and wish to cancel your appointment then please either email the clinic on reception@wpbphysio.co.uk or call 01604 601641 and leave a message.
Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the missed session.
Repeated cancellations may result in the inability to book future appointments.
Payment Terms
Payment for physiotherapy services are due at the end of the appointment or on receipt of invoice.
Payments can be made via cash, credit card, debit card, or electronic bank transfer.
Any outstanding balances beyond 30 days will be subject to a late fee of 5% per month, compounded monthly.
In cases where payment is not received within 60 days, the clinic reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount.
