Online Booking

In any of the following cases please call us directly instead of proceeding online:

1. You need an appointment outside the fixed schedule
2. You claim with your Private Insurance (please request an authorisation code from your provider and check your excess liability)
3. You need to cancel or rearrange your appointment (24h notice policy)
4. Book an appointment more than 30 days ahead

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. You may be charged for any appointment that you fail to attend without notice.

Private Insurance:
The level of cover you have will depend on your insurer and your policy.
Please refer to your provider for details. Thank you also for confirming your policy and authorisation numbers, as well as the amount of your excess, preferably before your appointment.

Children under the age of 16:
Children are required to have an adult present during all their treatments.

Please be advised that, as of 01/06/2024, our fees are:
£100 for a First Osteopathy session and
£90 for Follow-up sessions
