BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT Please note that if you wish to have your treatment with us covered by your private health insurance, you need to contact your insurer first to obtain the authorisation code and to check if you need a referral from your GP or consultant. ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ONLINE BOOKING FORM You will receive a confirmation email asking for further details if needed (i.e. the condition/issue to be treated etc.) and if needed, a member of our Admin team will call you. Please check your spam folder and Call us if you do not receive the confirmation email. If your problem has already been diagnosed, or if you previously had any medical investigations such as X-rays, MRI scans, etc., kindly forward PRIOR to the day of your consultation any referral letters, reports and results. If you are covered by a Private Health insurance, we need you to provide your Membership number, Authorisation code and number of sessions authorised PRIOR to you coming to the clinic otherwise you might be charged the private fee. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you provide all information requested in our confirmation email or speak to one of our team members BEFORE your appointment. IMPORTANT Cancellation policy: Please let us know at least 24h before the appointment if you can no longer attend. If you do not show up and do not let us know in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the price of the appointment. MASSAGE Please note that a massage is not a replacement for Physiotherapy. In some cases, a Physiotherapy Assessment might be more appropriate to evaluate what treatment modality is required.
