Important Notice – Online Repeat Prescriptions
If you are requesting an online repeat prescription, please ensure that:
You are a registered patient of the Polyclinic
You provide a complete and up-to-date list of your regular medications
All dosages and administration instructions are accurate
Please note that certain medications may not be prescribed online and may require an in-person consultation.
Online Booking & Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask patients to respect scheduled appointment times.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost
All cancellations are subject to a minimum 4% PayPal processing fee
These charges help cover administrative and payment processing costs.
